  Kombucha vinegar is a mild vinegar, which is excellent for preparation
  of fresh salads. In this healthy vinegar are all active ingredients
  of the Kombucha Press extract, but in less
  concentrated amounts:

  • Glucuronic acid, which causes a strong detoxification of the body
  • Right-turning lactic acid, which has a very positive effect on the intestinal flora
  • Acetic acid, which is used for important metabolic processes

  Application: Ideal for fresh salads or as a healthy drink. 30 – 50 ml Kombucha
  vinegar in 200 ml of water, dulcify with Stevia.
